The Islamic University unit of Bangladesh Chhatra League on Tuesday launched complain boxes on the campus in order to solve the problems of general students of the university. The inauguration of complain box setting prgrammme was held at the university faculty building around 11: 00am led by IU BCL unit president Rabiul Islam Polash and its secretary Rakibul Islam Rakib.
IU vice-chancellor Prof Dr M Harun-Ur-Rashid Askari inaugurated the event along with its pro-vice chancellor Prof Dr M Shahinoor Rahman and treasurer Prof Dr M Selim Toha.
Among others, Tamnoy Shah Tony, Rizwanul Islam, Ariful Islam Arif, Nasim Ahmed Joy, Rahat Al Rimon, Theodor Shuvo Pandya, AJM Azom, Boni Amin, Sumon Hossen, Jahidul Islam Jibon, Joinal, Tonu, Mizanur Rahman, Sakil Ahmed Sumon, Mehedi Hasan Sumon were took part here.
The wing has set around 8 boxes at different faculty buildings along with Arts Faculty building, Rabindra-Nazrul Arts building, Business Faculty building along with Administrative building and Medical Centre. While addressing IU BCL unit president Polash said, they are trying to explain general student’s problems by complain boxes where the students can disclose all of their problems without hesitation and sufferings.
