31 international disability day, also 24th national disability day was observed in Jhenaidah. Musa Mia Buddhibikash (autistic) school organized a discussion and Dua Mehfil marking the day at their school on Sunday.
Presided over by president of Musa Mia Buddhibikash school Aminur Rahman Tuku, founder general secretary of the school Dr. Munshi Mohamamd Reza Sekender, Jatiya Mahila Sangstha chairman Dipti Rahman, Welfare Efforts (WE) director Sharifa Khatun, guardian Mohamamd Ali and acting headmaster of the school Serajum Manira were present.
The speakers in their discussion said the non-governmental and private initiatives have been working for the development of specially need children, especially, autistic abide the government so that each and every citizen could grow like ordinary children in the society.
They urged upon all to take care of their specially need children ensuring all facilities as they have been proving their efficiency and skill worldwide in sports and other events. They also prayed for the welfare of the children.
