The Indian High Commission in Dhaka has given a 'goodwill gift' of Covid-19 protective gears to the members of Dhaka Reporters Unity (DRU), the largest association of reporters in Bangladesh.
High Commissioner Vikram K Doraiswami handed over masks and two automatic hand sanitisation dispensers to DRU President Nazrul Islam Mithu and General Secretary Nurul Islam Hasib on Monday at the chancery.
This is a 'goodwill gift' to the DRU to fight the Covid-19 pandemic together.
President Mithu invited the High Commissioner to the DRU flagship event 'meet the reporters' at his convenient time.
