A joint exchange meeting was held on the evening of 3rd June with the leaders of Mymensingh District Committee of Bangladesh Trade Union Center and the leaders of all the Basic Unions, taking various plans to fill the post-Corona organizational deficit and increase its strength. The meeting was held at the district office in Malgudam under the chairmanship of Mahbub bin Saif, president of Bangladesh Trade Union Center Mymensingh district committee. The meeting was chaired by Enayet Hossain Khan, General Secretary of Mymensingh District Committee of Bangladesh Trade Union Center and Abdur Razzak, Joint General Secretary.
The meeting was attended by the leaders of all the basic unions including the Bangladesh Trade Union Center and about two hundred trade union leaders of different levels. One representative from each of the basic unions present at the meeting gave an organizational speech.

In the presence of at least one meeting of the executive committee of all the basic unions to finalize the organizational work of that union. Organize a training on "Leadership Development" for at least one day with the leaders of all the Basic Unions as soon as possible.
To complete the conference or election of the unions as soon as possible at the time of election / conference, in which case the overall cooperation of Bangladesh Trade Union Center should be maintained. To actively co-operate with the Bangladesh Trade Union Center in applying for the necessary welfare for the workers from the Workers' Welfare Fund. Properly preserve the resolution book and cash book of meeting of all unions for return submission and other organizational facilities at the office of the Registrar of Trade Unions.
Continuing the cooperation of the Trade Union Center. Since then, the membership of all the unions has become irregular in most cases.

Mahbub bin Saif, President of the meeting, thanked Shahidullah Chowdhury, President of the Central Committee of Bangladesh Trade Union Center and Dr. Wajedul Islam Khan, General Secretary for providing guidance on the meeting. He also thanked everyone present for making the meeting a success.
