The Council Members of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) led by its President, Mohammad Asad Ullah FCS called on Ahasanul Islam (Titu) State Minister, Ministry of Commerce on Tuesday.
On behalf of the Council, the President congratulated him on assuming the office of the State Minister, Ministry of Commerce then the President introduced the Council Members to the State Minister and apprised him about the various activities that ICSB undertook for professional development of its Members as well as its future plans.
The President of ICSB discussed about an initiative taken by the Ministry of Commerce regarding the update of Companies Act.
The State Minister gave a patient hearing and assured the visiting ICSB Team about his best possible support for the Institute.

Shamibur Rahman FCS, Executive Director (F&A) of the Institute were present during the meeting.
