The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) organized a webinar on “Understanding International Commercial Terms (Incoterms) and Cost Considerations for Importers and Exporters” on Thursday.
It was the first (out of four) episode of the Webinar series on “Domestic & International Trade.” Mohammad Rafiqul Islam, CTFP, CDCS, a Qualified Trade Finance Professional and the Founder of “The Learning Line Academy,” led the Webinar.
Rafiqul Islam emphasized the importance of understanding Incoterms, as they significantly affect cost consideration and ease international trade.
ICMAB President, Prof. Dr. Md. Salim Uddin FCA, FCMA, thanked all the participants of the Webinar and emphasized the need to understand incoterms properly so that importers and exporters get the maximum benefit from them.
The immediate Past President of ICMAB, Md. Abdur Rahman Khan FCMA, offered a welcome speech at the very outset of the Webinar.
