HSC exam form fill-up time extended again

The time for the ongoing process of filling up form along with the late fee for the HSC examination Students 2024 has been extended again. Students can apply till May 20. Dhaka Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board cleared the issue by a notification on Sunday.

According to the notification, the last date for payment of 'fee' through 'Sonali Seba' has been rescheduled to May 21. Within the specified period, the concerned educational institution will complete the work of filling out the form for the students. The head of the institution will confirm the matter.

This year's HSC exam will start on June 30. The filling of the exam form has started from April 16. Form filling was supposed to continue till April 25. Then the time is extended till May 5. It was then extended to May 12. Now that time has been extended again till May 20. As per the earlier announcement, this time the HSC exam will be held on the revised (shortened) syllabus.

What is the fee for any category?

Candidates will be charged Tk. 110 per paper fee, Tk. 25 per paper for practical, Tk. 50 per candidate for the academic transcript fee, Tk. 100 for an original certificate, Tk. 15 for Boys Scout and Girls Guide fee and Tk. 5 per candidate for the National Education week fee. .

An irregular fee of Tk. 100 per candidate has been fixed for irregular students. An enrollment fee of Tk. 100 has been fixed for GPA improvement and private examination candidates. The registration renewal fee is fixed at Tk.250. Late fee fixed Tk.100.

Each candidate has to pay 

Tk. 450 for the center fee and 

Tk. 25 per paper for practical exam fee and the practical answer paper evaluation fee is fixed at Tk. 20.

According to the education boards, the fee has been fixed at Tk. 2,680 for science group students and Tk. 2,120 for Humanities and Business Studies. An additional Tk. 140 will be added to this fee if there is a practical test in the fourth subject of any Humanities and Business Studies.

If a student of the Humanities and Business education group has practicals in optional subjects, additional Tk. 140 will be added per subject.
