The Dhaka Education Board has commenced the distribution of original Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) certificates for the year 2022 starting from February 27 until March 6.
Students who successfully passed the HSC examination under the Dhaka Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education are eligible to receive their certificates.
According to a notification issued by the Dhaka Education Board, principals or their representatives from respective colleges will collect the certificates from the board's premises located on the 5th floor of building number 4.
The distribution will take place between 10 am to 3:30 pm on designated days.
Here's the schedule for certificate distribution:
February 27: Certificates for Kishoreganj and Manikganj colleges
February 28: Certificates for Gopalganj and Narayanganj
February 29: Certificates for Madaripur and Faridpur
March 3: Certificates for Rajbari, Shariatpur, and Narsingdi
March 4: Certificates for Munshiganj and Tangail
March 5: Certificates for Dhaka and Gazipur
March 6: Certificates for colleges in Dhaka city
This schedule outlines the organized approach to ensuring all eligible candidates receive their HSC certificates within the stipulated timeframe.
To ensure a smooth process, principals or their representatives must provide details of the students who passed group-wise and furnish three sample signatures attested by the authority. Acting principals are required to bring a countersignature of the president of the managing committee or the chairman of the governing body or the concerned upazila executive officer, along with relevant documentation.
It's imperative for all concerned parties to strictly adhere to these instructions to facilitate the efficient distribution of certificates. Failure to comply may result in delays or complications in obtaining the original certificate.
