The results of the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent exams will be published on Tuesday, October 15. All education boards will declare the results at 11 a.m. on that day. This information was confirmed by Professor Tapan Kumar Sarkar, the Chairman of the Dhaka Education Board and President of the Bangladesh Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee.
Students can access their results online through three websites: www.dhakaeducationboard.gov.bd, www.educationboardresults.gov.bd, and www.eduboardresults.gov.bd. To view the results, students will need to enter their roll and registration numbers. Educational institutions can also download the institution-wise result sheets by using the EIIN number on these websites.
Additionally, students can obtain their results through SMS. To do so, they need to type "HSC" followed by the first three letters of their education board, their roll number, and the exam year, then send the message to 16222. For example: "HSC Dha 123456 2024."
This year's HSC exams started on June 30, with around 14.5 million candidates participating. However, due to political unrest and protests, several exams were postponed. The remaining exams were rescheduled and held in September after the government was ousted in early August during a student-led movement.
Despite the challenging circumstances, the exam results will be released on time, and students are encouraged to check them online or through SMS for easy access.
