Health minister visits INMAS, Dinajpur

Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr Samanta Lal Sen visited the Institute of Nuclear Medicine and Allied Sciences (INMAS), Dinajpur on Sunday.

The health minister and Jatiya Sangsad Whip Iqbalur Rahim, MP went to the INMAS, Dinajpur at 1:00pm. INMAS Director Prof Dr BK Bose welcomed the health minister and the Jatiya Sangsad Whip with floral greetings and crest of honour.

Secretary of the Health Services Division Md Jahangir Alam,  Director General of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) Prof Abul Bashar Dr Md Khurshid Alam, Director (Hospital) Dr Mainul Ahsan Bappi, Rangpur Divisional Director ABM Abu Hanif, Acting Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Noor-e-Alam, Additional Superintendent of Police Md Mominul Karim, M Abdur Rahim Medical College Principal AFM Nurullah, Vice-Principal Dr Syed Nadir Hossain, Civil Surgeon Dr AHM Borhanul Islam Siddiqui, BMA President Dr Wares Ali Sarkar, health minister’s son Dr Anabil Sen, Medical Officer of Dinajpur Institute of Nuclear Medicine and Allied Sciences Dr Khairul Alam Piyal, Medical Officer Dr Tanvirul Hasan, Dr Soheli Arjuman and officers and employees of INMAS, among others, were present.

During the visit, Dr Samanta Lal saw the dual head spect CT machine, ultrasound machine, thyroid scan machine and BMD machine of INMAS, Dinajpur. He also praised the current activities of the Institute of Nuclear Medicine and Allied Sciences.
