Bangladesh cricket team now in Mumbai after the Tigers lost to host India in their fourth match at Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Pune on Thursday last.
Tigers took rest for two days and now they are in Sachin’s city of Mumbai. The men in Red and green practiced in the ground but the coach Chandika Hathurusingha was not present at the moment. He becomes ill and taking rest his room.
Injured captain Shakib-Al-Hasan and pacer Taskin Ahmed also were present in the practice net but coach was not join with the team. He is physically ill, so it’s not possible for him to join with players for practice session on Sunday. Team Operation manager Rabid Imam ensured that the coach is ill. But what type of his illness, is not known. He is taking rest at the hotel.
Tigers trained at the Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai on Sunday with assistant coach Nic Pothas in the absence of Hathurisingha. All the staff were present at the ground without the coach. Captain first playing football then he practice batting. He also practiced before the match against India. Finally he was not in involve with against India.
Pacer Taskin also played football in the practice session but he did not bowled. He was in the field at that moment.
Tigers will take on Mighty South Africa at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai on Tuesday. Proteas are the third position in points table with six points from the four matches. Proteas won over defending Champions England by 229 runs at the same venue on Saturday.
