Taken all golden days’ songs from Bengali films a drama of 40 minutes with 39 songs titled ‘Harano Diner Gaan’ directed by Ashraful Chanchal, Yusuf Chowdhury.
However, director Yusuf said that the event was organized to highlight the golden past of the song to the new generation. Not the whole, part of the popular song has been used.
The producer said, “Many of the new generation are not aware of the songs of the golden days of our film. But at that time, the songs gave pure joy to the listeners of all ages in the neighborhood, at home, in the market. In words, melody, composition, all those songs were industrialized. The purpose of the drama ‘Harano Diner Gaan’ is to present a table of contents of those songs to the audience in the guise of a story.”
The story is like, Nur Islam Manik, this music lover wanted to grow up to be a talented musician, who will like to change the genre of music. But fate has made him to work in a small private bank in Dhaka for a small salary. However, he could not drop singing even after so many things. Continue singing all the time on an empty throat. In this way, 39 timeless songs of the film have been presented in one play to the beat of the story. The producer also said that the drama ‘Harano Diner Gaan’ will be aired on Banglavision's Eid. Besides, it will be broadcast on the YouTube channel of the government media. The drama is produced by Mohan Ahmed under the banner of Local Bus Entertainment.
Tawsif Mahbub, Keya Payel, Shahed Ali Sujan, Hanif Paloyan and many others have acted in different roles in the play.
