Overcoming all conspiracies, evil forces and obstacles, government with the help of people will make this country the way Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman dreamt, said the Minister of Information and Broadcasting Dr Hassan Mahmud.
He made this assertion to the journalists after laying over a wreath to the portrait of Bangabandhu with the party leaders at Dhanmondi Road No. 32 in the capital on the morning of the golden jubilee of the great victory day on Thursday.Dr Hasan Mahmud said, "We firmly believe that under the leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, we will be able to reach the dream destination of the Father of the Nation by breaking all the barriers of conspiracy, trampling all the evil forces and removing all obstacles."
The minister said that after 50 years of independence, the success of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman is that today Bangladesh has surpassed Pakistan in all indications."
"However, even after 50 years of independence, those who did not want the independence of Bangladesh, the evil forces and their allies are still active," he reminded. Awami League Relief and Social Welfare Secretary Sujit Roy Nandi and central leaders were present on the occasion.
