According to Chattogram port sources, the control room has been launched from the four departments of the port i.e. marine, security, traffic, secretary department. Chattogram PortAuthority Secretary Omar Faruq said these decisions were taken in the Cyclone Preparation Meeting held at the PortBuilding. Since the Meteorological Department has called for distress signal number 8, the highest alert or 'Alert-Four' has been issued at the port on Friday night. Control room has been opened. Mocha was 815 km south and southwest of Chattogram sea port, 745 km south and southwest of Cox's Bazarsea port, 785 km south of Mongla sea port and 745 km south of Payra sea port at 6 am on Saturday. The impact of the tip of the very strong cyclone Mocha may begin on the coastal areas of Chattogram and Barisal divisions from Saturday night
