Four inmates of Jashore Child Development Centre rescued

Four of the eight children prisoners who fled from Jashore Child Development Center have been rescued. One of them was rescued on Tuesday morning, while three others were rescued on Monday night.

The rescued children are Hridoy of Jashore, Fardin Durjoy, Rohan Gazi of Khulna and Munna Gazi of Narail.

Zakir Hossain, the caretaker of the child development center, said that the eight children fled from Jashore Child Development Center by breaking window early on Monday. After the incident, the Department of Social Services, along with the police, launched a vigorous operation to rescue them. Hridoy, Fardin Durjoy, Rohan Gazi and Munna Gazi have been rescued and brought back to the center with the help of Social Services Department officials and employees, he added. 

Zakir Hossain informed that three o them were rescued on Monday night and one on Tuesday morning.

Besides, another captive child named Shah Alam of Gopalganj was brought back soon. The process has been finalized.
