Palang Model thana police of Shariatpur arrested four eve's teasers from Domsar area of the town and sent them to jail on Friday night. Arrested eve's teasers have been identified as Sajib Ahmed(14) son of Mujamel Haque of Bhortaisar village, Ibrahim Matbar(15) son of Delowar Matbar, Niloy Ahmed Samarat Matbar(16) son of Swopon Matbar and Sourav Matbar(16) son of Bashir Matbar of the same village. They were arrested in a case filed by Yeakub Sardar, father of the eve's teased victim students.
Model police station sources informed, two schoolgirls of rickshaw puller Yeakub Sarder of village Bhartaisar were being teased on their way to school by Sajib, Samrat, Ibrahim and Sourav of village. When the schoolgirls protested the teasing, the teasers confiscated one of the girls inside the toilet and beat their mother and threatened of dire consequences. On Friday morning, the father of the victims filed a complaint with Palang Model police station in this connection. Police arrested the said four eve's teasers the same night and sent them to the jail through the court on Saturday morning.
Aslam Uddin, Officer-in-charge of Palang Model Police station informed, the eve's teasers were arrested and sent to the jail.
