A programme named ‘Proshikkhoner Binimoye Khaddo (Food for Training/Probikha)-2021’ was inaugurated at Dakshin Baliakandi under Bizbagh union at Senbagh upazila in Noakhali.
Renaissance Samajik Sangha (Renaissance social organisation) is implementing the programme to support unemployed people, destitute and the poor women who became helpless during the Covid-19 pandemic situation. Renaissance Mahila Unnayan Kendra, a front body of the Renaissance Samajik Sanga, is supervising the programme.
On the occasion, the social organisation arranged an inaugural ceremony at Dakshin Baliakandi recently. President of Bizbagh Union Awami League and president of Renaissance Samajik Sangha Md Anwar Hossain Alamgir attended the function as the chief guest with founding president of the organisation Md Fokhrul Islam in the chair.
General secretary of Renaissance Samajik Sangha Yeakub Mamun, its advisers Md Tajul Islam, Shah Alam BSc, Md Shamsuzzuha Sohel and Ahsan Ullah and co-founder Md Firoz Alam also attended the function, among others.
At the inaugural ceremony, food items were also distributed among poor people who have been facing crisis due to the Covid-19 situation.
