Two motorcyclists were killed in a road crash on Dhaka-Aricha highway in Savar, on the outskirts of the capital on Tuesday.
The deceased were identified as Md. Kayum 50, and his father Md. Alauddin 70. They were residents of Rajaghat area of Fulbaria in Savar.
Md Abdullahil Baki, officer-in-charge of Savar Highway Police, confirmed the matter. He said that the incident took place on Tuesday morning at Banktown Bridge on Dhaka-Aricha highway in Savar. Later, a team of Savar Highway Police rushed to the spot and sent those bodies to hospital morgue for autopsy.
