Popular actress of Dhallywood Nusrat Faria tends towards banded clothes and her maximum clothes were used for her own films. Recently she has decided to give those clothes for low-income people, which is not used very often and these would be distributed among the slum dwellers in a special project called for ‘10 Takai Kapor’.
An organization that has been working for a long time with the slum dwellers in Dhaka Udyan, through the Switch-Bangladesh Foundation, it will be distribute over by this Eid-ul-Adha.
The organization has confirmed the matter on Monday they said they had collected more than two hundred clothes from the actress. Mostafizur Rahman, chief coordinator of the Switch Bangladesh Foundation said that when they came up with this project ‘10 Takai Kapor’ and reported the matter to this popular artiste, she responded instantly.
Regarding this Nusrat Faria said, ' I have given all the clothes that were bought for shooting and not used very often that cannot be worn more than once. I have heard that this type of new clothing or less used clothes is collected for the poor for this ‘10 Takai Kapor’ project. Therefore, I am happy to be able to contribute here.’
On work front, Faria’s latest web film titled ‘Jodi kintu Tobuo’ was released, directed by Shihab Shaheen, On April 1.
