A fake policeman was arrested along with a toy pistol from Manikganj Bus Stand area in Manikganj on Wednesday evening.
The arrestee was identified as Mostafizur Rahman 19, a resident of Mulzan village in Sadar upazila of the district.
Traffic police sergeant Selim said Mostafizur was trying to extorting with a toy pistol in the bus station area.
Later, locals informed traffic police box about the matter.
