Expatriate Barrister Md. Shah Newaz (Jewel) of Chandsar village of Shariatpur Sadar upazila distributed relief goods among the low-income people of the district.
Low-income people are now stuck at home due to corona virus spread. The expatriate has been distributing rice, pulses, potatoes, oil and soaps among these poor people after seeing them living miserably.
Earlier, he distributed masks, hand gloves, sanitizers and leaflets to people in his area to aware them of corona virus. Chandshar Youth Socciety members Saiful Islam, Riel Sardar, Tariqul Islam and others are assisting him in this activity.
Chandasar Youth Society members said that they will continue this program till the terror of the Corona virus diminishes. So that, even if low income people are not able to work their families do not have to suffer due to lack of food.
