Ex-UP chairman distributes relief among 1,200 families

Relief materials were distributed among 12 hundred poor, helpless, labourer families stuck at home during the ongoing ockdown in 9 ward of the South Kotwali 9 no Askarpur Union in Dinajpur Sadar on Sunday.

The relief distribution went on from morning till noon. The relief was distributed with the full funding of Alhaz Md. Mosarraf Hossain former chairman of 9 no Askarpur Union and vice-president of Dinajpur Sadar Upazila Awami League  and with the support of the local Awami League unit.

“We are working tirelessly under the direction of Prime Minister Shekh Hasina”, the former chairman said. He said as long as he is alive no one will die due to lack of food in his union. 

Faridul Islam Siddique, president of the 9 no Askarpur Union Chhatra League unit, 9 no Askarpur Union's Relief and Social Welfare Secretary, Md. Akram Ali, Freedom Fighter Azgar Ali and others were present at the time.
