Sharfuddin Ahmed, for the first time, the election of Nurses Association 2022 has been completed smoothly and beautifully with great enthusiasm. Honorable Vice-Chancellor (Administration) Prof. Dr. announced the auspicious inauguration of the election on Saturday 16 June 2022 AD. Chayef Uddin Ahmed. Proctor Prof. Dr. was in charge of the Chief Adviser of the Election Commission in this election held in the A block auditorium of this university. Md. Habibur Rahman Dulal. The election observer team was led by Dr. Swapan Kumar Tapadar, Registrar of the University. Additional Registrar Muhammad Salahuddin Siddique has been appointed as the Chief Polling Officer. Assistant Director Md. Mostafizur Rahman Jewel was the Chief Election Commissioner.
Senior staff nurse Nawrin Akhter was elected president of the Nurses Association in 2022 with 656 votes. His closest rival was Deputy Service Superintendent Khaleda Akhter. Senior Staff Nurse Sujan Chandra Debnath was elected as the General Secretary with 946 votes. His closest rival is senior staff nurse Moshammat Samsunnahar.
