England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB)’s delegates arrived in Bangladesh on Tuesday to inspect the Dhaka and Chattogram venues ahead of the white-ball series.
The two-member of the ECB’s delegation will inspect the Chattogram venue at first, then move to Dhaka for Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium (SBNCS).
"The two-member delegation reached Bangladesh and headed to Chattogram to inspect security and facilities ahead of the England teams' tour on Tuesday. It's part of their routine work as they inspect the venues and facilities ahead of every tour," said BCB CEO Nizamuddin Chowdhury.
"The delegation team came here in the past as well and after reaching Bangladesh on Monday, they went to Chattogram to inspect the venue. They will inspect the Dhaka venue and then leave for England," he added.
England are scheduled to arrive in Bangladesh on February 20. the three-match ODI series will begin on March 1 and 3 at the Sher-e Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur and then will move to Chattogram for the third ODI.
The T20Is will be played between March 6 and the remaining two T20Is scheduled for March 12 and 14 in Dhaka.
