In a significant stride towards modernizing education practices, Dhaka University commenced the implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS) and Examination Automation System within the Faculty of Earth and Environmental Sciences. The inauguration ceremony took place on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, with University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. ASM Maksud Kamal presiding as the chief guest.
The event, held at the Department of Geology's auditorium, saw the participation of esteemed faculty members, including Dean Professor Dr. Md. Zillur Rahman, and Pro-Vice Chancellor (Education) Professor Dr. Sitesh Chandra Bachar, who graced the occasion as special guests. Mohammad Asif Hossain Khan, the Director of the University's ICT Cell, presented an overview of the LMS and Examination Automation System.
Addressing the gathering, Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. ASM Maksud Kamal highlighted the university's commitment to integrating automation into every facet of its educational endeavors.
