Former students of
Dhaka University attached to the Dr. Muhammad Shahidullah Hall are set to get together on January 22 for a reunion to share their campus memories in an event marking the birth centenary of the dormitory.
Dr. Muhammad Shahidullah Hall Alumni Association in a press release said they would hold events throughout the day simultaneously both at the dormitory premises and the nearby Dhaka University Physical Education Centre playground.
Registration for joining the reunion can be done till January 10 directly at the office of the Hall Alumni and also through online –
www.dushaa.org.
Shahidullah Hall is one of the first three halls of students’ residence that started its journey with the University in 1921.
The university completed its 100-year journey in July last year. But the coronavirus pandemic halted celebrations which began in December.
