Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) on Friday predicted dry weather with partly cloudy sky over the country in 24 hours as of 9am on Saturday.
“Weather may remain mainly dry with partly cloudy sky over the country. Light to moderate fog may occur at places over the country during morning,” a Met Office release said in a 24-hour weather forecast commencing at 9am on Friday.
Night temperature may fall by (1-3) degrees Celsius and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, it added.
Country's maximum temperature on Thursday was recorded 31.2 degrees Celsius at Teknaf in Chattogram and today's minimum temperature was recorded 13.0 degrees Celsius at Dinajpur in Rangpur.
