Drizzle was experienced in the city and other parts of the country with cool feel on Thursday (October 5). Although the major thoroughfares did not suffer from water logging, the light fall resulted in traffic jams in the city. People in the city faced suffering in the drizzle that started in the morning.
Meanwhile, the Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) predicted light to moderate rain to occur at most places over north, south, central and north-eastern region in the country.

According to the BMD bulletin, light to moderate rain or thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at most places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions with moderately heavy to very heavy falls at places over the country.
Day and night temperature may fall slightly over the country.
