As a light drizzle brought relief to Dhaka residents enduring the summer heat, it posed challenges for HSC exam candidates. Just before the exams commenced, rain caused disruptions, leaving students and parents stranded in traffic and at risk of missing their exam slots.
Responding swiftly, Dhaka Metropolitan Police's (DMP) Quick Response Team sprang into action. They facilitated the safe transport of stranded students to their exam centres, overcoming traffic snarls with assistance from the Tejgaon Thana Support Team.
From securing students' belongings to providing safe passage on motorcycles through congested streets, police ensured that every student reached their exam hall on time.
Additional Commissioner of Police (Traffic), Munibur Rahman, highlighted the provision of umbrellas and dedicated motorcycle teams to aid candidates during the rainy season.
The police reassured students and parents of continued support throughout the HSC examination period, underscoring their commitment to ensuring a smooth exam experience despite weather challenges.
