Professor Dr Md Bellal Hossain, head, Department of Nutrition and Food Engineering of Daffodil International University (DIU) has been elected as a member of the Electronic Working Group on Food Additives of Bangladesh Food Safety Authority (BFSA).
BSFA received more than 100 nominations from Bangladeshi experts in different area of food safety. Based on the needs and expertise, BSFA designed several electronic working group such as food additives, contaminants mycotoxins, packaging and labeling etc.
