Prarthana Fardin Dighi started her career in Dhallywood cinema as a child artiste. After a long break in the film she has recently returned as a heroine. This time the actress is going to make her debut in front of the audience with more than one film she is making her debut with two films at the same time.
Delwar Jahan Jhantu's 'Tumi Acho Tumi Nei' and Shamim Ahmed Rony's 'Tongi Parar Mia Bhai' directed by Selim Khan will be released on the same day on March 12. Dighi has played the role of Ruma in 'Tumi Acho Tumi Nei' and Dighi has played the role of Fazilatunnesa Mujib Renu in the movie 'Tongi Parar Mia Bhai'.
Regarding her debut on the silver screen on the same day with two films, Dighi said, "To be honest, the closer the time comes, the more fear works inside me, because I don't know how the audience will accept me in two movies at a time.” I miss my mother very much. In 1984 my mother's first movie was released and none of the three people who were deeply involved in this movie today, is alive now my mother, director Chashi Nazrul Islam Uncle, Raj Razzak Sir.
Since I have been learnt acting from my mother, I miss her very much. Later my father brought me so far with inspiration. I am going to enjoy two movies with very close people of mine so that I can understand, know the truth from them about my acting. I hope the audience will love me.”
Meanwhile, Dighi has already started work on 'Shesh Chithi' under the direction of Sumon Dhar. Yash Rohan is playing the lead role opposite her in the movie.
