Dhallywood young actress and model Prarthana Fardin Dighi, the daughter of the late heroine Doyel and actor Subrata. She has won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Child Artiste three times for the films ‘Kabuliwala’, ‘Ek Takar Bou’, ‘Chachchu Amar Chachchu’.
She made her debut as a heroine with two films titled 'Tumi Acho Tumi Nei' and ‘Tungipara’r Miya Bhai’of Tungi Para'. Her performance in the film titled ‘Tungipara'r Miya Bhai’ has been highly praised. Currently the actress is acting in Bangabandhu's biopic.

Recently it is heard that the young actress has signed a contract for a film titled ‘Manob Danob’ opposite Indian Bengali film actor from Kolkata Bonny Sengupta, produced under Shapla Media. However, due to some reason Dighi was out from the movie in the end. The producer has chosen a newcomer named Shaluk. It is bad news for Dighi’s fans.
However, the actress has given a new good news that she has been involved in another movie titled ‘Srabon Jochonay’. Director Abdus Samad Khokon is making the movie based on the novel by fiction writer Imdadul Haque Milon. It has received a grant from the government in the fiscal year 2020-2021.

Regarding the new movie, Dighi said, 'I am going to be the heroine of Imdadul Haque Milon Sir's story, that's why I'm very interested in the job. Moreover it is a grant movie; I hope the project will be great.’
Although Dighi is, final but it has not been confirmed yet who will be playing lead role opposite her in the movie. The producer has talked to few people soon he will finalise someone. According to the producer, if all goes well, the shooting of this movie will start from October 14.
