Today is the 13th death anniversary of veteran journalist Sayed Eqbal Rezvi, former Associate Editor of The Good Morning.
He died at the Central Hospital on January 15, 2011.
He was a permanent member of Press Club and a senior member of Dhaka Union of Journalists (DUJ) and BFUJ-Bangladesh Federal Union of journalists.
In his long journalism career, he worked for The Unity, ENA, The New Nation, The Daily News, UNB (United News of Bangladesh),The Morning Sun, The Bangladesh Observer, The Financial Express, The Bangladesh Times and The Bangladesh Today.
He joined the profession in 1960 and wrote reporting items for English and Urdu dailies published from Patna, India.
A milad mahfil will be arranged at the deceased's Narayanganj
residence marking the death anniversary.
All the relatives, friends and well-wishers have been requested to pray for the salvation of the departed soul.
