Young Mohanagar Awami league leader Helal Akbar Chowdhury Babor has called on the rich people of the city to stand by the poor and helpless people who are suffering from winter.
On Wednesday afternoon, 200 blankets were distributed among the poor and needy in Enayet Bazar Ward of the city under the initiative of Enayet Bazar Ward Jubo League and youth organizer Tohidul Islam Mithun. Young Awami League leader Helal Akbar Chowdhury Babor was present as the chief guest in the blanket distribution ceremony.
He said, man is for man, the satisfaction of the great Lord lies in human service. Those who have a sense of humanity come forward in human service. People shiver for lack of clothes in winter. We should stand by them in the urge of awakened compassion, humanity. Enayat Bazar Ward Awami League leader Ashish Chakraborty, Gopal Ghosh, Chattogram Metropolitan Jubo League Leader Shibu Prasad Chowdhury and many more were present.
