A construction worker died of electrocution while working at an under construction building in staff quarter area of capital’s Demra on Sunday.
The victim was identified as Tareq, 20, hailed from Ullahpara in Sirajganj The incident took place at around 3:00pom. Later, he was shifted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where doctor declared him dead at 4:00pm.
Azizul Haque, colleague of the victim, said Tareq electrocuted while switching on a motor line at an under construction building in the staff quarter area at 3:00pm. Later, he was taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where doctor declared him dead.
