The government has decided that educational institutions will give in-person classes to the eighth and ninth graders two days a week.
As per the previous decision, the students of the two grades were being given class a day per week.
A circular undersigned by Director General of Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education Syed Md Golam Faruk said classes for eighth grade will be held on Sunday and Thursday while the same for ninth grade will take place on Saturday and Wednesday.
Classes for sixth and seventh grades will be held on Tuesday and Monday respectively as usual.
The institutions will be giving 10th graders and SSC candidates classes six days a week.
