District Administration of Chuadanga distributed uniforms and bi-cycles to 68 village police (Dofadars and Moholladars) in Chuadanga on the eve of Mujib Barsho.
Deputy Commissioner Nazrul Islam Sarker handed over uniforms and bi-cycles through a function. Additional District Magistrate Sazia Afrin, Upazila Nirbahi Officer of Sadar Upazila Sadiqur Rahman, Assistant Commissioner and Executive Magistrate JannatulFerdous and Assistant Commissioner and Executive Magistrate Suraiya Momotaz were present at the distribution function.
Nazrul Islam, DC, said the personnel will perform their duty easily for getting the bi-cycle. On the other hand when they will be on duty putting on informs, everybody identifies them as village police.
