Chirkutt, a popular Bangla fusion band, has declared its fourth album after a six-year interval. The announcement was made on their varified official Facebook page.
"We are starting the work on our fourth album," the post read.
The album will feature 10 original songs. However, the vocalist of the band, Sharmin Sultana Sumi said that some lyrics or compositions could be done by other musicians outside the band.
In 2010, Chirkutt released their first album, "Chirkuttnama". After the release of their second album, "Jadur Shohor," in 2013, the band became an instant hit among the audience. Their third album, Udhao," was released in 2017.
Meanwhile, the band celebrated its 20th-anniversary concert at TSC in February in a grand manner.
