A chess league was inaugurated with the participation of 15 teams organized by Kishoreganj District Sports Associationon Wednesday (September 29). Chess league was inaugurated at the hall room of Shaheed Syed Nazrul Islam Stadium in Kishoreganj town.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Nazmul Islam Sarkar presided over the inauguration of the Chess League. Deputy Commissioner Mohammad ShamimAlam and Police Super Mashrukur Rahman Khaled BPM (Bar) were present at the programme.
District Awami League General Secretary Advocate M.A Afzal, Additional Police Super (Headquarters) Orniban Chowdhury, Law and Trust Head of Chamber Hamidul Chowdhury, Kishoreganj Model Police Station Officer-in-Charge Abu Bakar Siddique and others were present on the occasion.
