Owners or information seekers can view RS Khatiyan and Mouza Map of Dhaka District from any location by entering the Virtual Record Room of the Dhaka Collectorate Office.
Land Minister Saifuzzaman Chowdhury inaugurated the Virtual Record Room of the Dhaka Collectorate with the theme 'Land Service - a click away' from the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Dhaka on January 2 this year.

He announced on that day that virtual record rooms will be opened in all districts within the next six months. The ‘Virtual Record Room’ is being set up under Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s special initiative 'Digital Bangladesh'.
After entering the website one has to select the 'seat number' to see the Mouza Map. Mouza maps could be viewed by clicking the 'Find' button after solving the 'Math' CAPTCHA.
To receive a certified copy, one has to apply by clicking the 'Certified' or 'Online Copy' button. Certified copy of Mouza Map could be available within three working days, either directly or by post, by paying required fees through mobile or online payment method after filling the online application form displayed on the same webpage.
One has to put the ‘Khatiyan number’ to get the RS Khatiyan/ROR. Khatiyan could be viewed by clicking the 'Find' button after solving the 'Math' CAPTCHA.
