Committee for Concern Citizen (CCC), a sister organization of Transparency International (TI) Bangladesh has organized a workshop in Jhenaidah captioned “Voluntary anti corruption social movement. The orientation was held at Kalikapur Bir Muktijoddha Shahid Abdur Rashid government primary school and shahid srity bidyapith on Monday under the project Participatory action against corruption: Towards transparency and accountability project.
Presided over by CCC Jhenaidah unit president Sayedul Alam, members of Jhenaidah based active citizens group (ACG) had participated in the, daylong workshop. The participants had discussed that the platform ACG was formed to ensure the quality of education with the participation of local leaders. CCC education subcommittee convener NM Shahajalal delivered the welcome speech, while TIB official Qazi Shafiqur Rahman, Khulna cluster coordinator Feroj Uddin and area coordinator of the organization Bakhtiar Hossain spoke.
