Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) hosted a month-long Faculty Development Programme (FDP) with the goal of improving the caliber and pedagogy of the recently appointed faculty members.
Beginning on October 8, 2023, a total of 48 newly appointed faculty members participated in the programme. Yesterday was the closing ceremony.
As Chief Patron of the event, BUP Vice Chancellor Major General Md Mahbubul Alam, BSP, NDC, AFWC, PSC, MPhil, PhD, graced the occasion and gave the faculty members certificates in recognition of their successful completion of the FDP.
In addition, he presented awards to a large number of faculty members, instructors, officers, staff members, and students in recognition of their genuineness and commitment to university operations as well as their contributions to research, disciplinary actions, and national and international events.
In addition, the students who took part in the National Mourning Day special program received awards from the Vice Chancellor.
Several faculty members and high-ranking BUP officials attended the closing ceremony.
