In this regard, the Upazila agriculture officer said that the success of their tomato cultivation is due to proper land preparation, improved seeds, adequate fertilizer and irrigation and the use of necessary pesticides. His success has created enthusiasm among the youth community and farmers in the area, according to Inzamamul, if natural disasters do not occur, I can sell tomatoes worth about 6 lakh Tk. Tomatoes are the most important vegetable in most countries, second only to potatoes in the world. Tomatoes are eaten raw and cooked.
Every season, large quantities of tomatoes are used to make sauces, ketchups, chutneys, juices, etc., its color, shape and taste are unique.

Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute (Bari) and Bangladesh Atomic Agriculture Research Institute (BINA) are notable cultivars of Holberry Tomato-3, Bari Tomato-4, Bari Tomato-5, Bari Tomato-6, Bari Tomato-7, Bari Tomato-9, Manik, Ratan, etc. This year, 80 hectares of land in Nabinagar upazila were cultivated with tomatoes.
