Dhallywood’s one of the popular actresses of present times Shobnom Bubly for the first time to act opposite versatile actor Mahfuz Ahmed in their upcoming film titled ‘Prohelika’, under the direction of Chayanika Chowdhury.
Bubly made her debut with superstar Shakib Khan later on she was seen with actors like Nirab, Roshan, Siam Ahmed, Ador Azad. Earlier, the actress was only seen in commercial movies. But now she is stepping into story-based movies too. Recently, Bubly has received rave reviews for her performance in a web film titled ‘Taan’ opposite Siam Ahmed.
On Sunday April 10, the actress has signed another new film opposite popular actor Mahfuz Ahmed titled ‘Prohelika’ directed Chayanika Chowdhury. The matter was confirmed by the actress herself through her social media by posting a picture with director Chayanika, captioned, 'I am very happy to be involved in this wonderful project. Thanks to the whole team.'
Regarding the context Bubly said, Mahfuz Ahmed is one of her favourite actor and she is very excited to work with him. It is also going to be her first work with Chayanika as well.
Director Chayanika Chowdhury said, 'The matter of working with both Bubly and Mahfuz has been finalised. In the meantime, I have rehearsed with the two for a few days. I hope something good will be made.'
The shooting for the film titled ‘Prohelika’ will start next June according to the director. Before that, she wants to finish the pre-production work.
It is to be mentioned that Mahfuz Ahmed gained popularity through TV dramas but also acted in movies. He has also won two National Film Awards for his performances in 'Laal Shobuj' and 'Zero Degree'.
