The new executive committee of Bangladesh Toil, Gas-o-Khanij Sangstha Sramik Karmachari League Federation (BTGKSSKLF) was elected on Sunday (March 8). The election was held at Petro Center in Kawran Bazar. The 30 member committee was elected making Petrobangla Workers Union President Sheikh Md. Shaheb Ali as the President and Titas Gas Workers Union President Md. Kazim Uddin as the Secretary General.
Among others, Md. Joinal Abedin, Md. Abdur Rahim, Md. Lal Mia and Siaful Islam were also elected as part of the new executive committee. Assistant Director of Department of Labour Mrs. Khaleda Jahan directed the three member Election Commission created for this election.
