It was informed at the Press Conference that BSHRM, the largest human resource organization of more than 3500 human resource professionals in Bangladesh and Daffodil International University are jointly hosting the 9th International Human Recourse Conference -2022 which will be inaugurated on 16th June, 2022, at 4:00 pm, at 71 Milonayoton of Daffodil Education Network, Sobhanbagh, Dhaka and Closing ceremony will be held on 17th June, 2022 at 9:00 am. at Smart City, Ashulia, Dhaka.
Considering the ever-changing importance of the human resource profession to the success of global business and corporate houses, the theme of this year's conference is "HR Leadership in Ever Changing Business through Innovation". Daffodil International University (DIU) is the title sponsor of this year's International Human Resources Conference.
BSHRM-DIU 9th International Human Resource Conference Chairman and Treasurer of BSHRM Md. Shafiqul Alam presided over the press conference. The Press Conference was addressed among others by Mohammad Nuruzzaman, Group CEO of Daffodil Family, Kazi Rakib Uddin Ahmed, Vice President, BSHRM, Professor Dr. Mohammad Masum Iqba, Dean of the Faculty of Business and Entrepreneurship of Daffodi International University and Mohammad Samsuddoha, Assistant Director, Career Development Center.
It was informed at the Meet the Press that world famous HR personalities from USA, India and Canada have confirmed their participation in this conference. Other local and foreign human resource experts will participate as negotiators and guest speakers. The president of the World Federation of People's Management has already sent a video message, and Professor Dave Ulrich of the University of Michigan Business School (who is considered the father of modern HR) has sent a message to his university's official letterhead. The organizers hope that the conference will be attended by human resource professionals from home and abroad as well as various professionals, industrial and trade entrepreneurs and students. The speakers at the Press Conference highlighted the context of the International Human Resource Conference and its role in human resource development and answered various questions of the journalists.
