Mohammad Abul Hossain, 60, a working assistant of Barisal Roads and Urban Development Department (BRUDD), was acquitted in the case as he was not found guilty in Jhalokati.

However, Jhalakati District Assistant Forest Officer Ziaul Islam Baklai Forest Department on January 25, 2018, alleging that the trees. Abul Hossain filed a case in Jhalokati court in his name.
