Elections for the 2020-2021 term of the Central Executive Council of Bangladesh Registration Service Association (BRSA) were held at the Engineering Institute in Dhaka on Friday.
About 100 per cent sub-registrars, district registrars and divisional officers from across the country exercised their voting rights in the elections. Md. Ziaul Haque was elected as BRSA President and Md. Zahid Hossain was elected the Secretary General in the election. Ziaul-Zahid panel won 40 out of 42 posts of the council. Other elected members of the committee includes: Senior Vice President Sheikh Kawsar Ahmed, Vice President 1 Mission Chakma, Vice President 2 Khandaker Humayun Kabir etc.
