The Eastern Zone of Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (BREB) became champion in the cricket tournament, defeating Iconic REB at BKSP, Savar, on Monday.
Organized by BREB, the Eastern Zone beat Iconic REB by one wicket. Batting first, Iconic managed 101 runs. Reaching the target Eastern Zone, they played the last ball, and they collected 102 runs.
Senior Member (Admin) of the REB, Hasan Maruf, was present as the chief guest and distributed the trophy among the winners.
Meanwhile, the REB Controller (Finance and Audit), Director (Training), Director (Wealth and Logistic Support), Engineer, Senior General Manager Dhaka (North), and other high officials of the REB were present on the occasion.
