Local people recovered the body of a student from water at Govindapara area under Bagmara upazila of Rajshahi on Monday.
It is learnt, Abu Raihan(20) son of Abdul matin of Korkhand village of Bagmara and a student of class XI of Barendra College in Rajshahi went missing after the motorbike carrying him and another of his friend collided head-on with another motorbike
from the opposite direction at Govindapara area.
Al Mamun, a resident of the area informed, Raihan used to stay at Rajshahi city and he went to his village home to celebrate Eid. He died in the accident during driving motorbike of his father. He was buried at the local grave-yard later at night.
Ataur Rahman, Officer-in-charge of Bagmara Police station informed, having no objection from the family members, dead body of college student Raihan was allowed to bury without an autopsy.
